Our Low Price Policy
For an identical item with a lower price, we will match the price from any another Internet retailer. This offer is good for the first 30 days of your purchase. This is our way of showing you that we're 100% confident that we have the lowest prices and the best customer service.

Eligibility Requirements
You are eligible for our Lowest Price Policy if your request meets the following conditions:

• The Internet retailer must be a regular dealer of the item. No private individuals or auctions please.
• The Internet retailer must have the identical item in-stock at the time of the price match.
• The item must be a regular in-stock item. Lowest Price Policy does not apply to close-outs or discontinued merchandise.
• The item must ship directly from the Internet retailer. Our Lowest Price Policy does not apply to dealers that rely on drop-shipping or third party fulfillment.
• We must be able to verify the price on the Internet retailer's website.
• We must be able to verify all applicable charges including shipping fees and taxes before entering credit card information.
• We reserve the right to limit our lowest price policy if:
  • The Internet retailer's shipping fees exceeds ours.
  • The Internet retailer's lower price requires membership fees, coupons, product-bundling purchase, or rebates.
  • The Internet retailer is not an authorized dealer for the item.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Buyer pays shipping and handling for this item, unless otherwise noted in the shipping rates section. The rates listed are for the 48 USA states.

All orders paid with Credit Card or PayPal can only be shipped to the confirmed Billing Address.

Alaska & Hawaii shipping rates will vary, please contact us for rates or use the shipping calculator.

International shipping rates will vary, please contact us for rates or use the shipping calculator.

Most orders shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment and many are shipped the same day!

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 1 hour or less, after funds are sent.

International shipping rates: Use the International shipping calculator to get shipping rates to your country. {International calculated shipping determines combined-order discounts at carrier rates} We will combine multiple orders to save on shipping rates.

USA shipping rates: If you order more than one item, the listed shipping rates for all items, after the first item, will be discounted by 75%. {This discount only applies for fixed USA shipping} We will combine multiple orders to save on shipping rates.

Wheels, tires, seats and body kits cannot be combined, as they are too heavy or oversize.

Insurance is extra at the following rates:
$0.01 to $50.00 @ $1.10
$50.01 to $100.00 @ $2.00
Add $ 1.00 for each additional $ 100.00 up to $5000.00.

We cannot be held responsible for any theft, damage or loss if package is not insured.

Return and Refund Policy

100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee! Returns within 30 days of receiving the item if not satisfied for any reason. The item must be returned with all the original hardware, instructions, package and in the same condition as received.

Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

No special order items can be refunded or exchanged.

Send the item back in original packing box and include a copy of your invoice, along with a brief note explaining if you want to exchange the product or request a refund.

There is a 15% restocking charge on non-defective items returned. This restocking charge will be lowered to 10% for exchanges. Returns after 30 days will have a 20% restocking fee. No Refunds will be given after 90 days.

Refunds will be processed via same payment method as the original transaction.

For customers purchasing wheels, once a tire is mounted on the wheels, there are absolutely no returns. So be sure to test fit the wheels on your vehicle before mounting the tires on the wheels.

Privacy

We value our customers and their privacy. All personal information is used to ensure efficient processing of your order. This information is used by our staff for contacting and identifying customers and their needs. We will not give, sell, rent, or loan any personally identifiable information to any third party, unless we are legally required to do so or you authorize us to do so. However, some information may be required for third party services, such as UPS and USPS, in order to process your order. Some items may be drop-shipped from the manufacturer if the item requested is not in stock, in which case the information needed to fulfill the order would be required.

Warranty

Crowder's Customizing, LLC warrants to the original consumer purchaser at retail that any products sold will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and ordinary use of a period of one year from the date of original purchase. Crowder's Customizing agrees to repair or replace, at Crowder's Customizing sole discretion, without charge to the original consumer purchaser, any Product which proves to be defective during the one-year limited warranty period. As a condition to Crowder's Customizing obligation under this limited warranty, the purchaser must return the defective Product (freight prepaid) at the purchaser's expense, together with the original invoice or receipt of purchase to:

Crowder's Customizing, LLC shall not replace or repair any defective Product for which is not returned to Crowder's Customizing, LLC at the above address, freight prepaid, accompanied by the original invoice or receipt of purchase. Crowder's Customizing, LLC warranty obligation hereunder is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective Product and EXCLUDES installation of the repaired Product. The limited warranty is available to the original consumer purchaser only and does not extend to any other person. You are the original consumer purchaser if you purchased the Product at retail from Crowder's Customizing, LLC. Except as otherwise required under applicable state law, this limited warranty is not available to retailers or other commercial purchasers or owners. Transfer of title to the Product by the original consumer purchaser voids this warranty.

This limited warranty DOES NOT apply to defects or damage caused by abuse, misuse, accident, shipment, use other than normal and ordinary family or household use, use of improper cleaning chemicals, exposure to road, salt, or installation of the Product not in accordance with the installation provided by Crowder's Customizing, LLC. Racing will be construed as misuse and abuse of the Product. Crowder's Customizing, LLC limited warranty is LIMITED STRICTLY to the terms indicated herein and supersedes any and al previous warranties on the Product. TO THE EXTENT CONSISTENT WITH STATE AND FEDERAL LAWS;(1) ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE ONE-YEAR PERIOD STATED HEREIN FOR Crowder's Customizing, LLC EXPRESS WARRANTY, AND (2) THIS LIMITED WARRANTY EXCLUDES ALL INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES UNDER ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY RELATING TO THE PRODUCT AND Crowder's Customizing, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SUCH INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or limitations or exclusions of incidental or consequential damages, so above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Any models or samples shown or relied upon prior to purchase of the Product served only to indicate the type of goods which would be sold to the original consumer purchaser. Such product samples or models create no warranty that the Product shall conform to the samples or models.

Warning: The Product is carefully designed to be mounted with specific hardware and adapters. Although hardware, adapters and components sold by companies other than Crowder's Customizing, LLC may be compatible with the Product, they may also be extremely dangerous and expose the user to serious injury. The Product should be mounted in accordance to the directions supplied by Crowder's Customizing, LLC. The user of the Product should have inspected all of the mechanical parts used in conjunction with the Product prior to mounting the Product.
